What Youll Do

• Engage with residential customers(via company-provided leads + self-generated leads).
• Build long-lasting relationshipswith builders, contractors, and other tradespeople.
• Perform detailed site assessmentsfor existing homes and new construction projects.

• Design and present tailored garage door solutionsto homeowners and builders.

• Prepare accurate quotes and proposalsusing our sales software.

• Close sales and build long-term relationshipswith customers.

• Maintain CRM recordsof sales activities, leads, and customer interactions.

• Collaborate with our installation and service teamsto ensure customer satisfaction.

What Were Looking For

• Proven success in outside sales(3+ years preferred).

• Stronganalytical skillsto perform in-home site checks and create detailed proposals.

• Ability toquickly connect with customersand guide them through the buying process.

• Highlyorganized, self-motivated, and capable of managing multiple tasks.

• Excellenttime management and problem-solving skills.

• Must have avalid drivers license and reliable transportation.

• Refinedcommunication skills,no matter the platform: verbal, written, etc.
