What You’ll Do

As a Security Professional at THE SPOT, your role will be essential in ensuring the safety and well-being of our guests and staff when they walk through the door. Work nights start around 6pm and go until close, which could be between 12am-1:30am depending on the day of the week. Your responsibilities will include:
- Monitoring the entrance to ensure a safe and secure environment.
-Maintain order on busy nights.

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking someone who is professional, reliable, and proactive. To succeed in this role, you’ll need:
- At least 1 year of experience in a security-related role.
- Strong observational and problem-solving skills.
- The ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A commitment to upholding safety standards and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.

Special Considerations and Requirements Armed Security Officer

If you are carrying a firearm, YOU MUST:

• Must be at least 21 years old
• Hold an ASRB Armed Security Officer license/certification
• Maintain a pistol permit issued by your county sheriff

Must provide proof of valid permit and license/certification upon interview before you can be considered for the position.
