Note: The hourly rate for this position is $21 - $30 / hour. This range is a good-faith estimate based on factors such as relevant skills, experience, education, training, geographic location and other considerations permitted by law. Responsibilities:

• Hours: 5X8'S , Monday-Friday, 40+ hours
• Demo existing down to moisture barrier and refinish with plaster, stucco, brick, and/or hardy board
• Frame and install new drywall, including taping, mudding, and sanding to finish
• Install new commercial-grade flooring (e.g., vinyl, tile, or wood)
• Prep and paint walls and trim to a clean, finished standard
• Read and follow construction drawings and specifications
• Maintain clean and safe work areas, adhering to job site safety protocols

Qualifications:

• Skilled in drywall installation, taping, mudding, and finishing
• Proficient in flooring demo and installation (tile, vinyl, laminate, etc.)
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and layout plans
• Experienced with interior painting techniques and surface prep
• Comfortable using hand and power tools safely and efficiently
• Strong understanding of job site safety and proper PPE usage
• Ability to stand, bend, kneel and walk for extended periods throughout the day
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation
• Prior experience in the commercial field required
• Prior experience using Hand tools required
• Position may require a drug screen
