Global Team Staffing is hiring a Front Desk Clerk for a hotel client.
Starting Pay: $15.00/hour Pay Frequency: Biweekly
Schedule:- Primarily 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM or 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
- Must be flexible to work overnight shifts (11:00 PM – 7:30 AM) as needed
- Weekend and holiday availability may be required
- Greet and assist hotel guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Check guests in and out
- Answer incoming calls and make reservations
- Process guest payments and maintain accurate records
- Respond promptly to guest requests and resolve concerns
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Provide exceptional customer service while representing the hotel professionally
- Previous hotel front desk or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and computer skills
- Cash handling experience is a plus
- Reliable transportation
- Clean background required
- Must be dependable, professional, and flexible with scheduling
