Entry-Level Management Training

What You’ll Do
Master CRM systems to streamline sales processes and improve client relationships.
Engage with customers to educate them on products, promotions, and services.
Develop negotiation and closing skills to increase sales revenue.
Conduct market research to identify growth opportunities and operational improvements.
Shadow senior leaders to learn training methods and management techniques.
Support the development of new team members through mentorship and training.
Contribute to team performance and retention goals within the first 6–8 months.
Step into office leadership responsibilities (payroll, HR tasks, and team support) within 12–18 months.
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree (preferred, not required).
1–2 years of experience in customer service, sales, or leadership (a plus).
A natural problem-solver who thrives in fast-paced environments.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Dedication to personal development and long-term success.
Professionalism and a team-first mindset.
