Community Engagement & Events Manager - Nonprofit Division

We bring first-class service to every community event and outreach campaign we host. Our team develops, organizes, and carries out fundraising events for nationally recognized nonprofit organizations throughout the Birmingham area - reaching thousands of people weekly at local events, festivals, and community spaces.
The funding and awareness these events generate allow our nonprofit partners to continue making a lasting difference on issues that matter most. We’re looking for motivated, socially conscious individuals who are passionate about philanthropy, community engagement, and leadership development.

Responsibilities:
- Engage with community members and potential donors at local outreach events.
- Share information about our nonprofit partners and explain how contributions make an impact.
- Help coordinate the logistics and setup of fundraising events and community campaigns.
- Provide exceptional service and support to ensure a positive donor experience.
- Record donor interactions and event metrics in tracking systems.
- Work closely with your team and leadership to achieve campaign goals.
- After training, assist in mentoring new team members and supporting event operations.
Preferred Skills & Qualities:
- Strong communication and people skills.
- Dependable, organized, and motivated by purpose-driven work.
- Prior experience in customer service, event management, or community outreach is a plus but not required.
- Student mentality and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to think on your feet and adapt to different event settings.
Position Details:
- Employment Type: Full-time, W-2 position (40+ hours/week)
- Compensation: $700–$1,000 per week during training (based on experience and performance). After training, salaried structure with earning potential between $70,000–$100,000 per year based on performance and leadership growth.
- Schedule: Tuesday–Sunday (Mondays off + one additional off day per week).
- Location: In-person role – Birmingham, AL area. Reliable transportation required.
