Administrative Support Associate
Automation Personnel Services is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Administrative Support Associate to join our clients Grease Trap operations team. This temp-to-hire position is ideal for someone with experience in accounting or payment processing who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting daily operations, coordinating service requests, and maintaining accurate records.

Pay Rate
$19.50 - $20.50 per hour depending on experience

Schedule and Hours
Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.

Administrative Support Associate- Duties and Responsibilities

• Customer Service: Answer incoming calls, assist customers with inquiries, and schedule service appointments.
• Operations Coordination: Communicate with plant teams to ensure timely and accurate servicing of accounts.
• Work Order Management: Create, process, and track work orders from initiation to completion.
• Payment Processing: Handle ACH and other payment methods, apply payments to customer accounts, and resolve billing issues.
• Record Keeping: Print, file, and maintain organized records of transactions, service orders, and communications.
• Administrative Support: Assist with general office tasks and provide support to staff as needed.

Administrative Support Associate- Qualifications and Requirements

• Prior experience in accounting, payment processing, or administrative support.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and accounting or CRM software.
• Ability to multitask and work independently in a team-oriented environment.
• Experience in a service-based or field operations industry.
• Familiarity with grease trap or environmental services is a plus.

Full-time: Temporary to Hire
