This position involves working with secondary school students who have special educational needs and disabilities (SEND), supporting their learning journey in line with the UK curriculum.Skills and Qualifications:- Graduate Certificate in Education or related field- Minimum of 2 years teaching experience, preferably within a SEND or inclusive education setting- Strong understanding of the UK secondary school curriculum- Ability to develop individualized learning plans tailored to student needs- Excellent communication skills for collaboration with students, parents, and staff- Proficiency in using assessment tools to monitor student progressValues and Attitudes:- Commitment to fostering an inclusive classroom environment where all students feel valued- Patience, empathy, and adaptability when working with diverse learners- A proactive approach towards continuous professional development - Collaborative mindset focused on teamwork within the Learning Support department - Dedication to promoting student independence and confidence through personalized supportIf you are passionate about making a positive impact on students’ lives by supporting their unique learning needs within an international community, we encourage you to apply for this rewarding role at SRS Dubai.
