About us:
- We have seven veterinarians and focus on patient-centered progressive care by offering a wide range of medical and boarding services. We provide services for companion and exotic animals! Medical services include wellness, urgent care/emergencies during daytime hours, ultrasounds, digital radiographs / digital dental radiographs, endoscopy, laser therapy, chemotherapy, orthopedics, full in-house lab, and so much more!

Job Duties:
- As a Client Service Representative (CSR), your primary focus is to deliver outstanding client services across various communication channels, including in-person interactions, phone calls, emails, and other forms of correspondence.
- CSRs play a pivotal role in efficiently coordinating and overseeing appointment schedules, handling client forms, processing invoices, and collecting payments. Additionally, CSRs actively engage in providing clients with informative guidance on basic pet care and available services, contributing to a comprehensive client education experience.

- As a CSR, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, playing a key role in ensuring their needs are met efficiently and effectively. We are seeking an individual with exceptional problem-solving skills to navigate a variety of client situations and provide solutions that prioritize the well-being of our patients.
- Adaptability:
- Quickly assess and adapt to unforeseen challenges in a veterinary environment. Demonstrate flexibility in handling diverse client needs and unexpected situations.

- Effective Communication:
- Clearly convey information to clients regarding treatment plans, pricing, and other relevant details. Collaborate with the veterinary team to ensure accurate and timely communication.
Schedule:
- Schedule consists of four 10-hour shifts with weekend rotation. Shifts generally are 7:00am-6:00pm, although some opening and closing shifts will be necessary. A partial kennel shift will be required once a month.
