We are seeking a results-driven and motivated Sales Specialist to join our growing team. This role will be responsible for identifying sales opportunities, building strong customer relationships, and delivering tailored solutions that align with client needs. Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients
Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products and services
Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients
Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding
Track all sales activities and maintain accurate records in CRM systems
Stay up to date with industry trends and market dynamics
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred)
Minimum of 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in B2B environments
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Strong organizational and time management abilities
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
Competitive salary ($53,000 - $60,000 per year)
