Lockheed Martin Space is seeking a Summer 2026 Intern for Manufacturing and Electrical Test Engineering. In this role, you will work with our Manufacturing, Quality, and Test teams to create Production documentation, assess processes in the Missile Assembly Building, and assist in test execution. The successful candidate will have experience and/or knowledge of basic principles of Electrical Engineering. Must be a US Citizen; this position will require a government security clearance. Location will be in Courtland, AL with occasional work in Huntsville, AL.
Basic Qualifications:
- Pursuing a degree in Electrical, Computer, or Wireless Engineering or related discipline from an accredited college
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Experience working in a team environment
- Presentation and report writing experience
- Coursework in RF engineering, calculus, statistics, power engineering, circuits, etc.
- Must be a US Citizen; this position will require a government security clearance. This position is located at a facility that requires special access.
Desired Skills:
- Local candidates preferred
- Possess an attention to detail
- Familiarity with basic laboratory equipment such as Multimeters, Oscilloscopes, Network Analyzers, Power Supplies, etc.
- Familiarity with softwares such as AutoCAD, Zuken, etc.
- Experience writing and executing test procedures and plans
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
