Product Manager - AI Solutions

Hexagon's Safety Infrastructure and Geospatial division is seeking a dynamic Product Manager for AI Solutions to lead the execution of the strategic vision and roadmap lifecycle of our AI-driven Public Safety products. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, customer empathy, and cross-functional leadership to deliver innovative solutions that meet market needs and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand and implement the long-term vision for AI solutions aligned with company strategy.
• Analyze competitive landscape and emerging trends to position products effectively in the market.
• Conduct deep customer research and interviews to uncover pain points and opportunities.
• Translate insights into actionable market requirements and product roadmaps.
• Manage and optimize the AI product portfolio for maximum impact and profitability.
• Prioritize investments based on market demand, ROI, and strategic alignment.
• Serve as the product evangelist, communicating value propositions to customers, partners, and internal teams.
• Support sales and marketing with compelling messaging.
• Collaborate with UX and engineering teams to design intuitive, user-centric AI solutions.
• Define clear user requirements and acceptance criteria for new features and products.
• Own the release planning process, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products.
• Coordinate with engineering, QA, and operations for smooth launches.
• Work closely with Engineering, UX, Marketing, and Sales enablement and sales to ensure alignment and execution.
• Engage with internal and external stakeholders to drive consensus and successful outcomes.
• Provide regular updates on product performance and roadmap progress.
• Lead user testing and validation efforts to ensure solutions meet customer needs.
• Incorporate feedback into iterative product improvements.

Education / Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred. - 5+ years of product management experience, ideally in AI or technology solutions. - Strong understanding of AI technologies, market trends, and customer use cases. - Exceptional communication, analytical, and leadership skills. - Proven track record of delivering successful products in a fast-paced environment.
