As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned retail and mall locations, helping to deter security-related incidents and promote a welcoming atmosphere. You will engage with the public, conduct routine patrols, and communicate clearly with both team members and guests. **What You'll Do:**
+ Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
+ Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
+ Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
+ Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
+ Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
**Responsibilities:**
+ Provide customer service to clients and visitors at retail and mall locations by following security-related procedures, adhering to site-specific policies, and performing emergency response activities as needed.
+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, offering assistance and maintaining a professional presence.
+ Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the property and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activities and monitor for unusual behavior or conditions.
+ Support access management by observing entrances and exits, monitoring foot traffic, and reporting any suspicious activity.
+ Maintain clear and accurate records of daily activities, incidents, and/or any irregularities observed during patrols.
+ Communicate and collaborate with Allied Universal and site management teams to address security-related concerns and provide updates as necessary.

**Minimum Requirements:**
+ Able to ride a bike for long periods of time is required.
+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
