OTR Dry van Company driver (1099) Job in Montgomery, AL by Pulse Express
Requirements - CDL Class A
- Minimum 1 year of verifiable OTR experience
- 23 years of age or older
- HAZMAT Endorsement Preferred
- Strong work ethic, responsibility & positive attitude
Benefits
- $0.80 CPM - Dry van (all miles paid)
- Additional pay when hauling Hazmat

- Light HAZMAT only (paints, batteries, cleaning supplies, etc.)
- 24/7 Dispatch Support (All dispatchers & Ops Managers are former drivers)
- Full-Time, steady work

- Extra Stop Pay: $50 per stop
- Detentions
- Safety Bonus: $100 - $300
- Referral Bonus: $400 after 30 days on duty
- Sign on bonus total of $4,000

What You’ll Do:
- Handle OTR dry van and hazardous material shipments
- Follow all DOT and company compliance requirements
- Maintain precise delivery records and proactive dispatch updates
Receive pay at $0.70–$0.75 per mile, weekly earnings of $2,200–$3,100, up to $4,000 sign-on bonus, 24/7 driver-led dispatch support, plus extra pay for stops, detention, and safety performance in our pet-friendly fleet.
