Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver individualized speech-language therapy services to students from kindergarten through 12th grade.
• Manage a caseload of 40-60 students, tailoring interventions to meet unique communication needs.
• Collaborate with educators, families, and support staff to create effective treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with state and federal guidelines.
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student progress evaluations.

Required Qualifications:

• SLP-CCC, SLP-CFY, or School SLP certification.
• Active Alabama speech-language pathology license is mandatory.
• Experience serving special education populations within a school setting strongly preferred.
• Ability to work across multiple school sites confidently and efficiently.
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Contract duration from August 6, 2025, to May 23, 2026.
