Our agency opened in 2016 and is a strong team of six focused on growth, teamwork, and delivering great service. I got my start in the industry right out of college as a State Farm team member, inspired by my best friend’s dad who was an agent. That early experience helped shape my approach to building a supportive and successful office. I’m a proud parent of three kids and a big sports fan, especially baseball. We stay very involved in the community, serving as a leading sponsor for local school athletics and supporting a high school coaching show at a local restaurant. For our team, we offer PTO, paid holidays, incentive trips, a 401(k), and a strong focus on work-life balance. We even have an office dog that adds to the fun and welcoming environment. Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers to understand their needs and provide available product information.
- Assist in developing relationships with new and existing customers across multiple product lines.
- Support daily office operations, including documentation, scheduling, and follow-up activities.
- Participate in marketing efforts to promote awareness within the community.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure a consistent customer experience.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve office objectives.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in customer service, business support, or insurance preferred.
- Must possess or be able to obtain necessary state insurance licenses.
