Therapies Leading Care LLC is excited to announce a career opportunity for a full-time licensed professional Physical Therapist in our Columbus, GA, location . Our practice is rapidly expanding and we need a DPT to serve our diverse patient population. Although we serve all ages and conditions, Therapies Leading Care’s primary population includes geriatric patients, active-duty military and family, and veterans. We are looking for a patient centered therapist with leadership potential, strong organizational skills, and a team orientation.

In this full-time role, you will:

• Evaluate patients and develop plans of care with associated goals, including assessments, treatments, instructions, and quantifiable physical and functional targets.
• Ensure accurate, and clinically sound documentation is completed in a timely manner.
• Participate in regular and randomly scheduled quality assurance, billing compliance, and performance improvement activities.
• Meet with healthcare providers and referral agents from time to time for treatment planning, administrative functions, and marketing purposes.
• Maintain productive, positive, and collaborative relationships with the medical and referral community.
• Be responsible for all delegated tasks to other licensees and support personnel.
• Ensure proper and adequate supervision of the Physical Therapist Assistant and various support personnel.
• Participate in professional and facility enhancement programs and activities,
• Ensure proficient services through proper patient and equipment scheduling.
• Comply with all local, state, and federal regulations training and instruction requirements, as well as any other standards that govern healthcare services provisioning.
• Assist with and/or carry out routine cleaning and maintenance support in accordance with regulatory standards and environmental health and safety policies and procedures.

Your qualifications will include:

• Graduate of a Physical Therapy Program approved by the Commission for the Accreditation of Physical Therapy Education.
• Licensed to practice physical therapy in Georgia.
• High energy, maturity, enthusiasm, leadership qualities, and the ability to advocate for self and patients.
• Self-starter, able to work independently with strong time management, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
• Team player mindset.
