Maintenance Technician

Blue Roc Premier is actively searching for a seasoned and skilled Maintenance Technician to become a valuable addition to our team. We prioritize the growth and development of our staff, offering an outstanding training program aimed at cultivating strong leadership abilities in you.

As a Maintenance Technician you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of our communities. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a multi-family setting, possess excellent technical skills, and be committed to maintaining high standards of safety and cleanliness.

Your Daily Job

  • Maintenance Repairs: Conduct general maintenance repairs and ensure the functionality of various systems within the property.
  • Unit Preparation: Prepare vacant units for new residents, ensuring they meet the standards for move-in.
  • Technical Expertise: Utilize HVAC 608 Certification and demonstrate proficiency in electrical and plumbing tasks.
  • Safety and Cleanliness: Maintain a clean and safe work area, ensuring the community operates according to safety standards.
  • Communication: Effectively communicate with residents, fellow associates, vendors, and supervisors to address maintenance issues promptly.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the service team to enhance curb appeal and uphold high standards for the property.

Requirements

  • HVAC 608 Certification is a MUST.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in multifamily property maintenance and team supervision.
  • Electrical and plumbing knowledge
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Effective communication skills with residents, associates, vendors, and supervisors
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on resident satisfaction.

  • Knowledge of preventive and general maintenance.
  • College degree helpful.
  • Dedication to delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Valid Driver's License.
  • Bilingual a plus

Como Técnico(a) de Mantenimiento, desempeñará un papel clave para garantizar el funcionamiento eficiente y el mantenimiento adecuado de nuestras comunidades. El candidato ideal contará con un mínimo de 3 años de experiencia en propiedades multifamiliares , excelentes habilidades técnicas y un fuerte compromiso con altos estándares de seguridad y limpieza.

Sus Funciones Diarias

  • Reparaciones de mantenimiento: Realizar reparaciones generales y asegurar el correcto funcionamiento de los distintos sistemas de la propiedad.
  • Preparación de unidades: Preparar unidades vacantes para nuevos residentes, asegurando que cumplan con los estándares de mudanza.
  • Experiencia técnica: Utilizar la certificación HVAC 608 y demostrar dominio en trabajos eléctricos y de plomería.
  • Seguridad y limpieza: Mantener un área de trabajo limpia y segura, garantizando que la comunidad opere conforme a las normas de seguridad.
  • Comunicación: Comunicarse de manera efectiva con residentes, compañeros de trabajo, proveedores y supervisores para resolver oportunamente los asuntos de mantenimiento.
  • Trabajo en equipo: Colaborar con el equipo de servicio para mejorar la apariencia exterior (curb appeal) y mantener altos estándares en la propiedad.

Requisitos

  • Certificación HVAC 608 (obligatoria).
  • Mínimo de 3 años de experiencia en mantenimiento de propiedades multifamiliares y supervisión de equipos.
  • Conocimientos en electricidad y plomería.
  • Orientación al detalle y capacidad para trabajar en un entorno dinámico.
  • Habilidades efectivas de comunicación con residentes, asociados, proveedores y supervisores.
  • Conocimiento de mantenimiento preventivo y general.
  • Título universitario (preferible).
  • Compromiso con brindar un servicio al cliente excepcional.
  • Licencia de conducir válida.
  • Bilingüe es un plus.
