Maintenance Technician
- Maintenance Repairs: Conduct general maintenance repairs and ensure the functionality of various systems within the property.
- Unit Preparation: Prepare vacant units for new residents, ensuring they meet the standards for move-in.
- Technical Expertise: Utilize HVAC 608 Certification and demonstrate proficiency in electrical and plumbing tasks.
- Safety and Cleanliness: Maintain a clean and safe work area, ensuring the community operates according to safety standards.
- Communication: Effectively communicate with residents, fellow associates, vendors, and supervisors to address maintenance issues promptly.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the service team to enhance curb appeal and uphold high standards for the property.
- HVAC 608 Certification is a MUST.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in multifamily property maintenance and team supervision.
- Electrical and plumbing knowledge

- Licencia de conducir válida.
