Emergency Medicine Assistant Medical Director in Alabaster, AL

Qualifications and Leadership Duties- Leadership experience strongly preferred
- ABEM/AOBEM: board certified or board eligible
- Support the facility medical director in overseeing ED operations and clinical performance
- Provide guidance to the team to ensure high-quality, evidence-based patient care
- Monitor patient outcomes, identify opportunities for improvement and implement initiatives that enhance care, quality and efficiency
- Champion safety and best practices throughout the emergency department

- Shift Structure: 8- to 10-hour physician shifts
