👩‍⚕️ Position Overview: Registered Nurse (RN)

The Registered Nurse (RN) provides high-quality nursing care to residents in a long-term care and rehabilitation setting. This role works closely with physicians, therapists, CNAs, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and compassionate care.

✅ Key Responsibilities

1. Deliver patient-centered nursing care as a key member of the RN team
2. Monitor resident conditions, perform assessments, and document changes accurately
3. Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and facility protocols
4. Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and interdisciplinary care teams
5. Educate residents and families regarding care plans and health conditions
6. Maintain accurate and compliant documentation in the electronic medical record system
7. Ensure a safe, clean, and therapeutic environment for residents
8. Supervise and support CNAs and other direct care staff

🎓 Qualifications

1. Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
2. New graduates encouraged to apply
3. Experience in long-term care, rehabilitation, or geriatric nursing preferred
4. Strong understanding of clinical protocols and regulatory requirements
5. Excellent communication, documentation, and teamwork skills
6. Compassionate, resident-centered approach to care
7. BLS/CPR certification required (ACLS a plus)
