Lean Leader

**Job Description Summary** The person in this role will be responsible for driving process improvement activities for our Florence, SC manufacturing site. They will work very closely with the Plant Manager, Site Lean Leader, and production teams to accelerate progress towards achieving the site vision, and deploying the Imaging Supply Chain Lean strategy. They will be responsible for increasing the site's Lean maturity, building the team's Lean and problem solving capabilities, and delivering business results for KPIs in safety, quality, delivery, and cost. This role will work cross functionally to deploy standards, influence change, improve processes, and deliver meaningful results to the business.
