Customer Service Details:
- Temp-to-Hire position
- $16.00 / hour
- Full Time work available
- First Shift ( Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00pm )
- You will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring accurate order processing, timely communication, and high levels of customer satisfaction.
- You will work closely with production, logistics, and sales teams to coordinate orders and resolve customer concerns.
Customer Service Qualifications:
- 1 year of Customer Service In Manufacturing Setting
- Excellent Software Skills (word and Excel)
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
