Those in deal integration and valuation realisation at PwC will focus on assisting clients in successfully integrating acquisitions and maximising the value of their investments. You will be responsible for conducting valuations, financial analysis, and developing strategies for post-merger integration.

The Opportunity

As part of the Deals team you support and lead operational activities across the deal lifecycle for M&A, integrations, and divestitures, including due diligence, integration and separation planning, and synergy analysis. As a Senior Manager, you lead large projects and innovate processes, focusing on achieving results and maintaining operational excellence. You interact with clients at a senior level, driving overall project success by leveraging your influence, knowledge, and network to deliver quality results. You motivate and coach others, coming together to solve complex problems, and develop diverse and inclusive teams, contributing to the success of the firm.

What You Must Have

- Bachelor's Degree

- 7 years of experience

- Master of Business Administration in Accounting, Finance, Information Technology, Operations Management/Research, Engineering, Business Analytics, or Human Resources Management preferred

The salary range for this position is: $124,000 - $280,000, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. For roles that are based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range for this position. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
