- Assist in development and oversight of clinical medical staff
- Oversight and monitoring of patient satisfaction data
- Medical director position to support the department in implementing quality initiatives
- Maintain a clinical practice exclusive of supervisory duties
- Implementation and monitoring of the clinical operations policies and procedures within the clinic
- Assure comprehensive orientation and training of clinical support staff
- Population health management and chronic disease focus
