Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A contract position is available for a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in Daphne, AL, serving students in grades K12 within a public school setting. This role involves providing speech-language services to two schools, including Forrest Hill Elementary and a nearby cluster of private schools.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver speech and language therapy to students from kindergarten through 12th grade.
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and support staff to create and implement individualized education plans (IEPs).
• Maintain accurate documentation of student progress and therapy sessions.
• Participate in team meetings and adhere to school district policies and procedures.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Valid Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology or pending Department of Education licensure accepted.
• Must be registered with the Board of Speech Examiners.
• Experience working with K12 students in school settings preferred.
• Ability to manage a caseload across multiple schools.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Location and Schedule:

• Position is on-site in Daphne, AL.
• Works 35 hours per week from March 2025 through May 29, 2026.
• Serves two schools within the school district and nearby private schools.
