General Laborer
Description
Job Description We are seeking a reliable Yard Laborer to support industrial repair and refurbishment operations. This role focuses on cleaning, prepping, organizing, and moving large manufacturing components such as pumps, tanks, and heavy industrial parts that come in from manufacturing plants for repair. This is a hands-on, physical role working both in the yard and inside the shop, supporting sandblasting, painting, and refurbishment operations.

Responsibilities Clean and prep large industrial parts (pumps, tanks, and manufacturing components) for repair and refurbishment Pressure wash, sandblast prep, and assist with painting preparation Organize, stage, and track parts throughout the yard to ensure accuracy and efficiency Move and position large parts using forklifts, cranes, or manual rigging assistance (as trained) Maintain a clean, safe, and organized yard and work area Assist shop personnel by moving parts in and out of work areas as needed Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE Qualifications Experience in a yard labor, general labor, industrial, or manufacturing environment preferred Comfortable working around large, heavy parts Ability to lift, push, pull, and move materials throughout the shift Forklift or industrial equipment experience is a plus (not required) Strong attention to organization and accountability of parts Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
