Position: Unwind Helper - Laminator

Position Purpose: Assist in operating all assigned equipment by performing auxiliary equipment related assignments in a safe, efficient manner, aiding in job changeover preparation, and maintaining a good housekeeping program.

Job Functions :

1. Able to complete Training Checklist.
2. Observes Company safety rules and complies with safety practices.
3. Ensures that product quality, production efficiencies, and scrap rates meet or exceed established standards.
4. Assists in operation of assigned equipment.
5. Participates in job changeover preparation for all assigned equipment.
6. Performs general housekeeping functions in assigned areas.
7. Performs other duties as assigned by the operator, supervisor, or the Converting Manager.

Knowledge and Background Requirements

• High School Diploma/Equivalent required, with 0 to 2 years experience.

• Able to operate industrial machines and equipment.

Physical/Mental Requirements

• Constantly exposed to adverse conditions such as dust, noise, fumes, poor lighting, or heavy machinery/equipment.
• Frequent/strenuous physical effort (lifting, moving heavy objects, etc.) required.
