Employee will need to maintain grounds, buildings, including yard mowing, trimming, and edging. The helper will also be involved with small repairs, cleaning, paint jobs inside stores and commercial buildings. The salary will range from $10 to $15 /hr. depending on your skill set . The work schedule can be designed for the individual whether he needs part or full time work. In addition, the hours and days can be adjusted by the employee to meet their schedule or goal.
During extremely hot or cold days jobs will be done inside the house in an air condition environment. We do not discriminate on any basis. Promotion to a pending Manager of Properties will also be available to this individual based on current skill sets or those later acquired.
