Bachelor's or Master's degree in School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1+ years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A Full-Time School Psychologist position is available for the 2025/2026 school year, serving K-12 students in a school located in Hope Hull, AL. This contract role focuses on supporting the academic, emotional, and behavioral needs of students across all grade levels, providing essential psychological services within an educational setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychological assessments and evaluations for students K-12 to identify learning and behavioral challenges.
- Develop and implement individualized intervention plans.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and administrators to support student success.
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to assist in developing effective educational strategies.
- Provide counseling and crisis intervention as needed.
Required Qualifications:
- Valid licensure or certification as a School Psychologist.
- Experience working with K-12 students.
- Strong knowledge of psychological assessment tools and educational laws.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
