Registered Nurse - Float Pool (Med/Surg / ER)
We are seeking experienced Registered Nurses to join our Emergency Room Float Pool . This is a confidential posting; employer details will be shared with qualified candidates.
Responsibilities:

Advocate for patients and families, maintaining privacy and confidentiality

Perform nursing assessments and diagnoses

Deliver plan-based care with a focus on continuous improvement
Qualifications:

2+ years recent ER acute care experience
-
Registered Nurse license in Florida (or able to obtain)
-
Current BLS required; ACLS preferred (required within 6 months)

BSN preferred
-
Strong teamwork and patient care skills
