Minimum Qualifications:
- Senior‐level program or portfolio management experience
- Strong background overseeing multiple IT application programs
- Experience aligning project execution with enterprise architecture, IT standards, budgets, and timelines
- Proven ability to establish and enforce standardized project/program management practices
- Strong stakeholder communication skills, bridging technical teams and business leaders
- Healthcare IT or health system experience
- Experience supporting PMO or enterprise application portfolios
Nice To Have Qualifications:
- Background in operational governance, dependency management, or resource optimization
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Program Oversight: Provide strategic and operational oversight across multiple IT application programs, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities.
- Standardization: Establish and enforce consistent program and project management practices, including planning, resource allocation, risk management, and progress tracking.
- Cross‐Team Coordination: Manage interdependencies between projects to avoid duplicated work, reduce delays, and optimize technical resources.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders, translatingbusiness needs into actionable programs and measurable outcomes.
- Reporting & Metrics: Deliver clear status updates, KPIs, and prioritization recommendations to leadership to streamline decision‐making.
- Risk Mitigation: Identify and mitigate operational risks tied to timelines, budgets, and IT investments.
