What You’ll Do

• Perform installations of water heaters (tank and tankless), sewer lines, and plumbing remodels for residential and light commercial properties
• Diagnose plumbing installation requirements and provide effective solutions for customers
• Utilize Service Titan to manage service calls, schedules, and customer information efficiently
• Collaborate with the office team and fellow technicians for smooth communication
• Uphold our standards of quality workmanship, professionalism, and customer service
• Provide accurate estimates and recommendations to customers based on installation needs
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies

What We’re Looking For

• 3–5 years of experience in residential and light commercial plumbing installations, including water heaters, sewer lines, and remodels
• Proficiency with Service Titan or similar service management software
• Strong technical skills and ability to diagnose and complete plumbing installation tasks effectively
• Valid driver’s license
