North Alabama House Buyer is seeking a talented full-time professional to join our real estate team as a Home Buying Specialist in Huntsville, AL. We are offering a sign-on bonus for this role.

This is a sales position, and prior sales experience is required for this role. Experience in the real estate industry is NOT a requirement for this role.

Responsibilities include securing new properties for our company and fostering relationships with sellers to facilitate property sales. The ideal candidate should be results-oriented, possess strategic thinking skills, and excel at building connections with homeowners looking to sell their properties. Compensation

This role offers a performance-driven compensation structure with the opportunity for high earnings based on results, in addition to a sign-on bonus.

$125,000 - $150,000

• Negotiate purchase contracts with potential sellers
• Attend seller appointments and conduct walk-throughs of properties
• Follow-up with leads (potential for 50+ calls per day)
• Attend networking events to acquire clients
• Out-of-office marketing and sales development activities
• Manage a database of prospects through the company's CRM
• Provide daily reporting of sales activities to management
• Maintain and exceed company-designated quotas
• Collaborate daily with a fast-paced team

• Background and track record of success in sales is a MUST
• Must be able to work full-time
• A clean background check is required
• Must be highly proficient in selling over the phone and in person
• Must excel at building relationships with clients
• Needs to be a great communicator
