RNR Tire Express is looking for a high-energy, results-driven Store General Manager who thrives on leadership, performance, and building strong teams.
This role is for someone who enjoys taking ownership of a business, leading from the front, and driving measurable results. Our General Managers are competitive leaders who set the pace for their teams, create strong customer relationships, and push their stores to consistently perform at a high level.

What You'll DoAs Store General Manager, you will lead every aspect of the store's success including sales performance, team development, operations, and customer experience.
Key responsibilities include:
• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team
• Recruit, hire, and train strong talent to grow the business
• Drive sales performance and achieve store revenue goals
• Create an energetic, results-driven culture inside the store
• Oversee daily operations, inventory, and store performance
• Review business metrics and implement strategies to improve results
• Maintain strong relationships with customers and the local community
• Ensure company policies, procedures, and safety standards are followed
• Hold team members accountable while recognizing strong performance
Our General Managers operate with a high level of ownership and accountability , running their location like a business within the business.

• 2-4 years of leadership or management experience preferred
• Experience in retail, automotive, rent-to-own, or sales-driven environments is highly valuable
• Backgrounds such as General Manager, Store Manager, Assistant Manager, Sales Manager, Co-Manager, or Manager in Training translate very well to this role
Experience with companies such as Aaron's, Rent-A-Center, Buddy's, RimTyme, Rent-A-Wheel , or other automotive or retail operations is helpful but not required.
Additional Requirements• Valid driver's license
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
• Strong computer skills including spreadsheets, reporting, and inventory systems
• Strong compensation and full benefits
$60,000- $125,000
