We are seeking a dynamic and organized Events Assistant to join our growing team. In this role, you will support the planning and execution of a variety of corporate events, promotional campaigns, and brand experiences. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing events from start to finish.

• Manage event logistics, including venue setup, materials preparation, and vendor coordination.

• Support the events team with scheduling, budget tracking, and administrative tasks.

• Ensure smooth on-site event operations and provide exceptional client and guest support.

• Collaborate with internal teams to align event goals with brand objectives.

• Assist with post-event reporting, analysis, and follow-up tasks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

• 1-2 years of experience in event planning or coordination preferred.

• Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.

• Proficiency with MS Office Suite and familiarity with event management tools is a plus.
