ResponsibilitiesRespond to inbound inquiries and call warm leads; set appointments
Assess customer needs and explain coverage options in plain language
Quote and present Auto/Home/Renters bundles; highlight discounts
Close sales, process applications, and collect initial payments
Own post-bind tasks: handle inspection issues, e-signatures, mortgagee/ID cards, and underwriting requests
Document every interaction in CRM; keep pipeline and follow-ups current
Hit daily activity and monthly production goals; request referrals and reviews
Coordinate a clean handoff to service team for ongoing support
Stay compliant with Allstate and Alabama regulations; complete required trainings
Requirements18+ and authorized to work in the U.S.
High school diploma or GED (college a plus).
Able to obtain an Alabama Personal Lines insurance license within 3045 days of hire (agency-paid pre-licensing & exam support).
Pass required background check and fingerprinting (state requirement).
Coachable, goal-oriented, and comfortable making outbound calls.
Clear communication and customer-first mindset.
Basic computer/CRM skills and reliable attendance (MF daytime).
Reliable transportation.
Bonus: prior sales/service experience or bilingual (not required).
