Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A contract opportunity is available for a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to serve K-12 students within a dynamic school setting in Alabaster, Alabama. This role focuses on delivering speech services to a special education population across multiple school sites during the 2025-2026 academic year.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide speech-language therapy to a caseload of 40-60 special education students.
• Work collaboratively with educators and support staff to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs).
• Monitor student progress and maintain thorough documentation.
• Serve students across multiple school sites, accommodating K-12 grade levels.

Qualifications:

• Current and active Speech-Language Pathologist license in Alabama.
• Credentials such as SLP-CCC, SLP-CFY, or relevant school-based certification preferred.
• Experience working with special education populations in K-12 settings.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage a caseload across multiple locations efficiently.

Location and Duration:

• Based in Alabaster, AL.
• Contract period: August 6, 2025 May 23, 2026.
