Job Summary

Must be willing to float to other units and hospitals. Will accept 36 or 48 hours per week.

HOLIDAYS AS REQUIRED. EVERY OTHER WEEKEND.

Experience

1. 2 years of RN experience with at least one (1) year experience in dialysis is required. Professional Nursing Certification preferred. Must be able to read, write legibly, speak and comprehend English.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to dialysis patients during night shifts.

• Monitor and adjust dialysis machines to ensure optimal patient treatment.

• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and safety standards.

• Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.

• Document patient information and treatment details accurately and promptly.

• Assess patient conditions and report any changes to the medical team.

• Contribute to achieving team targets and improving patient outcomes.

• Educate patients and families about dialysis procedures and care.

• Participate in continuous professional development and training opportunities.

• Utilize data and pipelines to track and improve patient care processes.

• Maintain a clean and organized work environment in the dialysis unit.

• Provide emotional support to patients and families during treatment.

Experience/Qualifications

• Valid RN license with specialization in nephrology or dialysis care.

• Commitment to continuous professional development and training.

• Minimum of 2 years experience in dialysis nursing, preferably in night shifts.

• Strong understanding of healthcare regulations and safety standards.

• Excellent communication skills for patient education and team collaboration.

• Ability to accurately document patient information and treatment details.

• Capability to provide emotional support to patients and families.

• Ability to work independently while contributing to team targets.

• Proficiency in using dialysis machines and related medical equipment.

• Experience in using data pipelines to track patient care processes.
