COUNTRY Financial -Valerie L Crabb Insurance isn't your typical insurance office. We're a community-based, fast-moving agency located right in the heart of downtown Prattville and I'm looking for a high-energy, go-getter to join me in-office and grow into a true career.

This is not a remote position. I thrive on real collaboration, real conversations, and building real relationships with our clients and with each other.

This full-time, on-site role is ideal for someone who's eager to learn, confident, and ready to make a difference. You'll become the go-to person for our clients supporting them with knowledge, kindness, and follow-through.

For the right candidate, I will cover the cost of your pre-licensing course and the state exam fee - because I believe in investing in potential - not just experience. A signed employment agreement with a minimum commitment period will be required.

• Be the friendly, first point of contact for clients calling or visiting the office.
• Help clients understand their coverage and handle policy updates and changes & more.
• Solve client issues with professionalism and empathy.
• Support me, the agency owner, with daily tasks, special projects, and follow-ups.
• Keep notes and client records up-to-date and well-documented.
• Contribute to a fun, fast-paced, no-drama office environment.

• Licensing: Must hold an active Property & Casualty license in the state of Alabama. Or be willing to become licensed within 60 days from hire date
• Experience: At least 1 year in customer service
• Communication: Clear, professional, and confident with both written and verbal communication.
• Client-Focused: You genuinely enjoy helping people and can build lasting relationships with ease.
• Problem-Solving: You think on your feet and don't get rattled easily.
• Detail-Oriented: Accuracy matters especially when handling client policies.
• Tech-Comfortable: Able to navigate CRM platforms and modern office software with ease.
• Team Player: Friendly, dependable, and ready to show up each day with a positive attitude.
