Must have pleted Behavior Specialist / ABA Therapy training and have a minimum 1+ years Behavior Therapy experience. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Key Qualifications:

• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification is required
• Bachelors degree level education is preferred
• Active professional license in the state of Alabama
• Experience working with school-age students is highly desirable
• Background or skills in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) including CCC, Healthcare, Pediatrics, CFY, or School settings are beneficial but not mandatory

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver behavioral interventions and support tailored to the needs of school-age children
• Collaborate with educators, speech-language pathologists, and other professionals to implement individualized plans
• Track and document student progress and report observations as required
• Participate in team meetings to contribute foundational knowledge and insights into behavioral strategies
