What You’ll Do
- Assist residents with overnight care and comfort
- Support nursing staff
- Monitor and report changes in condition
- Maintain a safe and calm environment
- Provide compassionate care
What We’re Looking For
- High school diploma or GED
- 18+ years old
- Dependable and able to work independently
- Strong communication skills
- Willingness to grow into a CNA
