Qualifications and responsibilities for this Civil Project Manager position include:- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering; Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred- 6+ years of civil engineering experience with a strong focus on site development projects, including commercial, industrial, education, and retail sectors- Proficiency in Civil 3D, Hydrology Studio, and Microsoft Suite- Oversee the full project lifecycle from concept to completion- Manage budgets, schedules, permitting, and client coordination- Lead and mentor project engineers and junior staff- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations- Perform occasional site visits for quality and progress checksSalary: $110,000 - $150,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
