BICSI Cable Technician

Description

Seeking experienced BICSI Level I or II Certified Technicians for a structured cabling project. The scope includes CAT6 and fiber optic cable installation in support of a datacomm infrastructure upgrade. Candidates must meet strict background requirements (12 YR Background Check) and have a BICSI Cert.

Install, terminate, and test CAT6 and fiber optic cabling per project specifications.

Follow BICSI standards and best practices for structured cabling.

Read and interpret blueprints, floor plans, and technical diagrams.

Work collaboratively with site supervisors and other trades.

Maintain accurate documentation of work performed and materials used.

Adhere to all safety and security protocols on-site.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $35.00/hr.
