What You’ll Do:

• Conduct in-home patient evaluations, exams, and minor procedures

• Diagnose, treat, and manage individualized care plans

• Care for patients across the lifespan of all ages

• Collaborate with supervising physicians and educate patients/families

• Deliver high-quality, compassionate care with clinical autonomy

What We’re Looking For:

• 3 - 5 years of Nurse Practitioner experience (urgent care or family practice preferred)

• Emergency Room experience preferred

• Background in Primary Care or Family Medicine

• Proficiency in basic wound care (e.g., sutures)

• Orthopedic experience strongly preferred

• Excellent clinical judgment, communication, and teamwork skills

• Master’s degree in Nursing, FNP certification, and valid Alabama NP license

• Reliable transportation and comfort with home visit travel
