We’re seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Transportation Safety and Compliance Specialist to support our growing operations. In this role, you’ll be a key player in maintaining safety standards, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting driver operations across multiple markets. Key Responsibilities:

• Enforce driver safety policies and operational procedures across designated zTrip markets
• Conduct regular vehicle inspections, safety audits, and compliance reviews
• Maintain accurate records for driver certifications, background checks, drug screenings, and training completions
• Investigate vehicle incidents and accidents, prepare detailed reports, and support corrective action plans
• Stay current on local, state, and federal transportation laws and regulations
• Collaborate with local operations teams to ensure consistent application of safety protocols
• Assist in developing and delivering driver onboarding and training programs
• Act as a liaison between drivers, management, and regulatory agencies to ensure clear communication
