This role is crucial in overseeing and optimizing the service and parts departments to ensure maximum efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a strong leadership background and a deep understanding of fixed operations in an automotive dealership setting.

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the service and parts departments to achieve dealership goals.
• Lead, motivate, and develop a team of service advisors, technicians, and parts personnel.
• Ensure superior customer service standards and build strong relationships with customers.
• Analyze operational performance and implement strategies to increase profitability and efficiency.
• Coordinate with other departments to align service and parts operations with overall dealership objectives.
• Oversee inventory management of parts and supplies to reduce waste and ensure availability.
• Maintain compliance with all company policies, procedures, and relevant regulations.

• Proven experience as a Fixed Operations Manager or similar role in the automotive industry.
• Strong knowledge of service and parts department operations and financial management.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and implement effective solutions.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency with dealership management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

• Competitive salary range of $125,000.00 - $165,000.00 per year, paid weekly.
