Your Responsibilities

1. Assist customers in selecting mattresses and accessories
2. Learn sales, marketing, and business development techniques
3. Shadow Store Managers to understand retail operations
4. Set and achieve personal sales goals
5. Process transactions and manage inventory
6. Stay informed on promotions and store policies
7. Contribute to merchandising and product displays
