As we continue to grow, we are looking for a dynamic and outgoing Brand Ambassador & Sales Representative to help expand our presence and drive business growth in the Birmingham market.
Position OverviewThe Brand Ambassador & Sales Representative plays a vital role in increasing zTrip’s visibility, generating new business, and strengthening relationships within the community. This position is perfect for a driven, people-oriented professional who thrives on networking, promoting a brand, and closing sales opportunities.
Working closely with local leadership, this individual will focus on building partnerships, identifying sales opportunities, and executing outreach strategies that contribute to continued market growth.
Key Responsibilities of a Brand Ambassador & Sales Representative: Sales & Business Development- Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities to increase ridership and revenue
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local businesses, organizations, and decision-makers
- Generate, track, and manage sales leads through CRM systems
- Schedule and conduct meetings, presentations, and pitches with potential clients
- Maintain consistent follow-up to convert prospects into long-term partners
- Develop strategic partnerships that support ongoing growth
- Act as a face of zTrip within the Birmingham community
- Represent the company at events, networking functions, and outreach opportunities
- Promote brand awareness through direct engagement and relationship-building
- Participate in Chamber of Commerce events, business groups, and local organizations
- Build connections within entrepreneurial and business communities
- Support and execute local marketing campaigns and promotions
- Assist with social media engagement and brand visibility efforts
- Help create content that highlights services and community involvement
- Coordinate grassroots marketing efforts to increase local awareness
- Support email campaigns and customer communications
- Assist with recruiting outreach events and driver engagement initiatives
- Maintain positive customer relationships and service satisfaction
- Provide support for local leadership and special growth projects
- Help ensure consistent communication across teams and stakeholders
- Strong communication, sales, and relationship-building skills
- Confident, outgoing personality with a passion for networking
- Self-driven with a results-oriented mindset
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent organizational and follow-up skills
- Experience in sales, brand promotion, marketing, or community outreach preferred
- Comfortable working independently while collaborating with a team
