$15.00 based on experience, skill level, and relevant competency.

Opportunity for commission income based on meeting annual retention requirements.

Licensed workers can possibly earn up to $24.00 hrs. equivalent w/commission incentives. Only applies to licensed staff.

Potential pay increase for bilingual speaker (Spanish).

JOB DESCRIPTION

· Check to ensure that appropriate changes are made to resolve customer(s) service problems.

· Contact customers to collect payments and make appropriate payment arrangements.

· Complete contract forms and/or application agreement, prepare change address records, and issue service discontinuance orders using computer.

· Confer with customers by telephone or in person in order to provide information about product(s) and service(s), take orders or cancel accounts, or obtain details of complaint(s).

· Contact customer(s) in order to respond to inquiries or to notify them of claim investigation results and any planned adjustments.

· Determine charges for services requested, collect deposits or payments, and/or arrange for billing.

· Input quotes, create customer files and store in cloud.

· Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, record all details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as action(s) taken in management system.

· Prepare renewal and new client document for agent(s)

· Must have reliable transportation and attendance.

· Organizational Skills

· Self-motivated

· Ability to communicate and convey information effectively.

· Ability to work in team environment.

· Life and Health License

· Property and Casualty License
