Key Responsibilities

• Manage client accounts, ensuring efficient coordination and on-time deliveries
• Serve as the primary contact for broker partners and customers
• Collaborate with internal teams to execute logistics solutions
• Negotiate rates and build long-term broker relationships
• Monitor KPIs and address issues proactively
• Analyze performance trends to improve service and efficiency

Qualifications

• 2+ years in logistics, freight brokerage, or transportation operations (strongly preferred)
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge and experience of steel pipe, strongly preferred
• Confident in negotiations and customer service interactions
• Proficient in CRM and logistics management tools
• Ability to multitask and stay composed in a dynamic environment
